I will be debuting my new 9-Grain bread recipe: kamut, spelt, oats, barley, quinoa, amaranth, flax, hemp, and chia seeds. I no longer use canola oil; the ground flax seeds serve that purpose. All vegan, whole grain and organic! I think it's pretty delicious as well.
BTW, if you like good bread but don't want to bake it yourself, try Dave's Killer Bread, available at City Market. It's organic and vegan, and not too bad for commercial bread.

Grateful - yes, Feast - yes, Compassionate - yes! What a delight we 22 diners had to enjoy. All without the suffering and harm that is done to each and every one of the 9,000,000,000 animals that are killed and eaten in the USA each year. Thank you fellow plant powered kind souls!

Well I would love to attend but fear I may bring the wrong food, I am vegetarian with a goal of Vegan. I can bring fruit or veggies.

Hi Anne, Fruits & veggies would be great. As long as there is no animal 'products", anything is great. Also, there are many easy recipes on line for vegan food.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
