I was a vegetarian until I was 16 years of age. Occassionally, I do eat fish and chicken, but given the choice I strongly prefer vegetarian. I have not cooked anything non-vegetarian in my house for over 10 years.

I like the concept of vegetarianism because it is healthier and simpler. I am hoping that by joining this group I will be able to get ideas of the various choices that are out there for vegetarian food both at restaurants and in grocery stores.
