Hey there Yoga Health, Thanks for the post. This is an interactive format for teaching others some 'how-to' techniques for pain and stress. Not for everyone if they aren't comfy 'touching fellow members' feet' - the idea of this meetup. Light, informative, educational. 20 yr in the healing arts field, private practice in Redondo Beach. Need members to open their home (or yoga studio?) for 8-10 with refreshments. Host gets professional reflexology treatment in my Torrance office.

I wanted to personally reach out to you to let you know that we are hosting the first ever and the only Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training in OC.
