    Pretty good. Too many people were talking and trying to be funny, and it got sort of annoying. But the info I did get from Chef was really good and interesting.

    Adding more raw foods to the diet is beneficial, but humans have ALWAYS used fire to prepare food (it is what separates humans from animals) because grains, legumes, and other staple foods need to be cooked!
