Anti-Candida Class with Chef Alison Charbonneau (3 Part Series)

Alison Charbonneau is a graduate of The Natural Epicurean, a plant-based culinary school located in Austin, Texas. She is educated and knowledgeable in both the theories and techniques of Vegan, Vegetarian, Macrobiotics, Ayurveda and Raw cuisine.
Her study of Ayurveda and Yoga started in Bali, Indonesia, where she was trained and certified as an Ashtanga Yoga Instructor and also learned about the philosophy of the Ayurvedic lifestyle and how to integrate it into a yoga practice. She then traveled extensively throughout India deepening her understanding and appreciation for holistic health and plant-based cooking.
Currently, her focus is on helping people resolve a candida albicans (yeast) overgrowth in the body through diet and lifestyle. She is also working on a cookbook as well as a anti-candida product line.
Join Alison as she creates mouthwatering dishes that help fight candida issues. Each class will answer the questions:
