Robert is a champion bodybuilder and owner of Vegan Bodybuilding & Fitness, a company dedicated to promoting the vegan fitness lifestyle, empowering vegan athletes, and living by the words, "healthy food defines you."

    Robert is very dedicated and inspiring. i was impressed by the depth and meaning of the presentation, though it was longer than i expected and i had to run to table at the animal conference in DC. and i even wanted to hear more specifics about fitness and bodybuidling.
