Everything was superb except the speaker, Will Tuttle who gave a tired talk on how animals are mistreated (not appropriate for a meal-oriented occasion). Would think that most of the people there knew the content of his pitch. Better to have someone who would speak of matters such as nutritional opportunities and challenges, social issues and opportunitiies and the economics of veganism and alternatives as examples.
