Except for some occasional sushi, my diet is vegetarian with around 33% being raw foods. I also try and limit my dairy as much as I can.
Since July 2011. I was inspired by the documentary "Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead".
My partner and I moved here from Ohio in December 2000.
I'm a 47 yo, recently turned pescetarian (I can't give up sushi!) who is also a moderate vegan (I try and avoid dairy whenever possible).
