Mostly vegan with the exception of baked goods. I'm working towards a totally plant based diet. I am currently on a regimen of 6 small meals daily as I prepare to compete in my first bodybuilding competition.
I have been a vegetarian for well over 20 years. On very rare occasions I would eat fish. However I stopped eating all fish about 5 years ago. I then took a detour at the beginning of the year when my trainer told me I'd never build muscle without eggs and fish. I've since seen the light, as of Feb. 7th and returned to the path to becoming a vegan.
I relocated from Long Island NY to Baltimore a little over 8 years ago.
