Let's try to gather for a vegan potluck. It will be at my home, which is in Fairfax, near West Ox and Monument Roads intersection. I don't like to post my address publicly, so I will message each person who RSVP's individually with the address before the event.
When you RSVP, please indicate what you plan to bring (at least a category - e.g., main dish, protein, vegetable, or dessert). We need at least 5 people with some food variety to make the potluck work.
One of our members has volunteered to give a short talk about the problems with GMOs to get our potluck discussions going.
We are a 10 minute drive from the Vienna Metro (orange line) and we would be willing to do a pick-up there of up to 4 people at 6:15. You'll need to let me know if you plan to take the Metro so we can plan to get you and figure out how to recognize each other. We'll do a ride back to the Metro as well - maybe those using Metro can decide on a good time to return based on the schedule (since weekend trains are a bit less frequent).
