Why to eat *Organic* Tomatoes

Manorville, NY
Post #: 72
Last year, Terry Gross spent nearly 40 minutes interviewing Tomatoland author Barry Estabrook on NPR’s Fresh Air.

Also last year, Caryn Hartglass, founder of REAL (non-profit: "Responsible Eating And Living") interviewed Barry Estabrook. Prepared to be shocked by the information in just the ~15 min video.

P.S. - edited to add:

Now let's just make sure that those food choices for which we are advocating are actually SAFE and healthful for us all to eat ! ! ! ! As well as being truly compassionate.

Thanks for informative article on origin of most tomatoes, I'll stick with organic.

Also, I really enjoyed all the other recipe videos that were included. I would like to attempt some.
