Vance Lehmkuhl is a columnist at the Philadelphia Daily News, and his latest column provides some app reviews which might be of interest to the more tech-savvy among us. (I still have a not-so-smart cell phone, so I don't count myself in that group. Maybe this is year I'll upgrade...)
