Macrobiotic Talk/Book Signing with Healthy Snack!

Healthy-food advocates, cancer survivors and authors Meg Wolff and Sanae Suzuki,

who both credit their survival with adopting healthy eating habits,

are joining forcesfor an engaging, informative evening.

Meg and Sanae will both talk briefly, sign books and answer questions.

Meg Wolff, a survivor of both bone cancer and breast cancer, is on a national
book tour for her new cookbook,
A Life In Balance: Delicious,
Plant-Based Recipes for Optimal Health.

Sanae Suzuki, a survivor of ovarian cancer and a near-fatal car accident,                    overcame both of these extreme life challenges through a macrobiotic diet and lifestyle. Her most recent cookbook, Love, Sanae, features a full year’s worth of healing vegan macrobiotic recipes with beautiful color photos.
