how to cook (boiling, steaming, roasting, pressing, or any other cooking style etc.)
what kind of cooking style is good for this season.
what kind of whole grains and vegetables for this season.

What to bring:
1) your note book and pen.
2) a container if you don't eat with us and want to take the food home.
3) indoor slippers or thick socks.
4) if you want to do hands on cooking bring your apron and knife.
