Rip Esselstyn, motivational best-selling author of "The Engine 2 Diet," hosts a seminar on the health benefits of a plant-based diet. Rip promotes the diet practices presented by his father, Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn, in the film "Forks Over Knives." Rip will also be available to sign copies of his book "The Engine 2 Diet" and "My Beef with Meat." Rip is also a triathlete.
