a raw food "cheesecake" made from soaked cashews mixed with berries with a pecan crust (from the Cafe Gratitude recipe book.)
I eat a (mostly) vegan, strict gluten and dairy free diet to stay healthy and feeling great. I love to cook and prepare raw food desserts.
