DESCRIPTION: Practiced for thousands of years, meditation is a tool for rediscovering the body’s own inner intelligence. Primordial Sound Meditation uses individually selected sounds of nature called mantras. These primordial sounds are based on the vibration the universe was creating at the moment of your birth.  Primordial Sound Meditation is an ancient technique revived by Dr. Deepak Chopra and Dr. David Simon, Co-Founders of the Chopra Center for Wellbeing.

It is a powerful tool for enhancing vitality, tranquility, and mental acuity.

In this series you will:

· receive your unique Primordial Sound Mantra

· learn the basics and "how-to's" of meditation

· learn the many benefits of meditation

· learn the process of creating positive change in one's life

· why and how meditation accelerates personal growth

· receive in-depth support in your meditation practice

· experience additional teachings on  cultivating confidence, self-esteem, and self-worth.

Even if you don't sign up for the series, you will come away from Class 1 with an understanding of how to meditate and how it accelerates personal growth.
