FREE Climate Change Presentation with guest speaker Anthony Marr

Join CARA, Cleveland Animal Rights Alliance for a fascinating lecture addressing the impact that animal agriculture has on our environment and learn what hard science tells us are the solutions to the multitude of crises our planet currently faces -- specifically climate change and preserving the earth's biodiversity of life.
Our guest speaker, Anthony Marr, has a degree in physics and is the author of 2 books on environmental issues. A wildlife preservationist since 1995, he has conducted numerous high-profile campaigns against the seal and bear hunts in Canada as well as deer culls and sea lion exterminations in the United States. He brought about new laws on a national level to protect endangered species from import into Canada, has been to Japan twice to protect the whales and dolphins and has traveled to India three times for preservation of the Bengal Tiger. Anthony was recently honored at the 2010 Animal Rights Conference with the prestigious "Henry Spira Grass Roots Activist Award".

Loved all that Anthony had to say. Makes me ready to put up a greenhouse and start doing more for the environment! Where's a magnetic wind turbine when I need one! Excellent! He included information I had not heard before. He came across as very intelligent speaker and was well informed on this broad topic. He needs to talk at high schools and colleges so that the young generation will put pressure on so many of their parents who are not interested or are acting like they they do not care about the future!!!
