Mary Ellen did an excellent job instructing us which organs to focus on during the winter months. These are the kidney and bladder. The kidneys especially need some extra warmth during the cold winter months. This can be done with food, massage, and baths among other things. The warming oils are especially helpful during these months also. We experimented with lots of oils by taste, smell, and touch. Great job Mary Ellen!!

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
