Hi everyone –

Thought you might be interested in this. Something to think about for the holidays, and maybe we could have her come out to a meetup for some baking demonstrations!

Lea Jocobson has, from time to time, brought samples of her vegan baked goods to some of our meetups. She is expanding her home business and you can now order things from her. Click HERE for her blog The things she makes are always wonderful and always totally vegan, so if you're looking for some yummy additions to your holiday getherings, you can't go wrong. At the meetup at Melt last tuesday, she brought some carrot cakes which were absolutely the best I've ever had. I don't know how she does it but she definitely has a gift. And the cookies will melt in your mouth. I think it's a good thing when we can network person to person like this. If anyone else has any cottage industry vegan things going on, please let me know and I'll be happy to share it with the group.

Don't forget to suggest places for meetups.

Peace and good food,
