The Vegan Demo Squad is part of The Vegan Action Squad which is an Arizona based organization whose main commitment is to encourage others to go vegan through providing interactive learning experiences and by setting a positive example of a vegan lifestyle.

Much of this will be done through our Vegan Demo Squad who will be organizing powerful and captivating demonstrations. We focus on engaging the public’s interest in Animal Rights and Liberation by conducting activities that illustrate the horrors of speciesism. Leafleting alone is a great way of educating individuals about Animal Rights, but not everyone you hand literature to is going to read it. By performing demos while distributing material regarding the issues of animal exploitation, we spark the mindful curiosity of our audience which increases the chances that they will thoughtfully and thoroughly read the literature.

We are also dedicated to providing the proof that living a vegan lifestyle does not mean living a life of deprivation. Many people are confused about what going vegan actually entails - they think that in order to give up cruelty they have to give up pleasure as well. You and I know that this is hardly the case. The Vegan Demo Squad takes pride in showing off that we can live a flavorful, fashionable, fun-filled life - we are clearly anything BUT deprived!!

Who should join? Anyone in the Valley of the Sun who wants to dedicate a bit of their time to helping animals and have an opportunity to get to know and work with friendly, like-minded animal advocates! We’d love to have you on-board and can't wait to work with you towards animal liberation!!!

This demonstration features an almost naked human with the name of meat "cuts" drawn all over his/her body and a monitor with a video of the cruelty taking place inside of factory farming/slaughter houses.
