I love nori maki which is veggie sushi make with brown rice, ume paste, sesame seeds, avocado, diakon, hijiki, kinpira, scallions and greens! It's hard to imagine all those ingredients in one roll, but it is delicious! Oh yeah, gotta have it with wasabi and ginger pickles!
Real Food Daily, but I recently went to Seed Bistro and the food was quite delicious! I found one of my fav's kinpira on the menu! Yum!!
I make a great red lentil soup, but I am so happy with miso soup with a side of greens, lightly toasted pumpkin seeds and nori! My specialty is home-made hummus.
Since 1983, because I love the taste of vegetables and am a very caring and loving person. I am so passionate about where my food comes from and would not even for a minute want to see an animal suffer on my behalf. I also feel that plant-based foods are the most nutritious food to eat. I just love the freshness of blueberries, greens, veggies, grains, beans and fruits. I love tempeh too!
