The Vegetable Salad from BLD (recipe featured in the L.A. Times), only I make the dressing with date syrup or maple syrup (or agave maybe) INSTEAD of honey. Oh, and if I don't have edamame around, I double the green beans.
I am a longtime veg, and have been 90% vegan for about three years.
Vegan food. Yummmmm.
