Unlock the mystery of tofu. Learn how to prepare many variations of this amazing silky smooth Asian food. We will begin with a velvety smooth Miso Soup, and move into the preparation of a classic fiery dish named Ma-Po Tofu. Next on the menu is a locally made organic tofu served with a cool crisp cucumber salad and special Korean sauce. Jenny Park, guest instructor finishes with a Pan Seared Tofu and wok stir-fried veggies. Class fee is $49.00, pay when you arrive, reservations required, limited space.
