Make your own pizzas (all vegan with gluten-free option available) - roasted tomato* sauce, white bean aoili, roasted garlic, sauteed onions* and peppers*, roasted fingerling eggplant*, chiffonade basil* & greens* with a selection of premium limited availability Il Mondo Vecchio meats and mozzarella cheese.
Molten chocolate lava cake* with fresh berries & mint*. I'll demonstrate how to plate this.

I’ve always been fascinated with farm-to-table events, but have never actually tried attending one for fear I wouldn’t be able to eat the food. As a vegan for over four years now, I’ve accepted there are just some things that were out of reach.
I’m happy to finally change all that with Get Back to The Garden, a series of farm-to-table events. While a meat option will always be available, each menu will feature a 4-course feast of delicious, seasonal, local and organic plant-based foods. Each course will incorporate an ingredient out of our very own gardens. Other dietary restrictions can be accommodated upon request.
This meal isn’t just about eating, it’s about getting back to the garden! We’ll start with a tour of the gardens and chicken coop, where we’ll harvest ingredients for the afternoon meal. Then guests will enjoy a cooking demonstration from Natural Certified Chef Aleece Raw. The cooking demo will show guests exactly how some of the dishes are prepared so they can learn tips and techniques to take back to their own kitchen. Guests will then enjoy a sit down 4-course meal served by The Garden team. After eating, we’ll enjoy live music and cocktails on the patio.
Our final event is this Saturday, the 28th! Advanced tickets are $45 via Eventbrite. Day of Event tickets are $60 (if space is available). Tickets include complimentary drink upon arrival, full garden tour, cooking demonstration, 4-course meal and live music. Cash Bar, cash and credit card accepted. $10 from each ticket and 10% of cash bar sales will benefit the Sunshine Food Project. Tickets are limited – secure your space by booking in advance.
