There are healthy ways to be vegan and some quite unhealthy ways. This class is for those who want a solid foundation to build their vegan lifestyle through Plant-Based Nutrition. Class includes:

1. Educational presentation and discussion about the importance of Plant-Based Nutrition for health and weight loss
2. Demonstration showing the easy way to create quick meals, including recipes, and samples
3. Information about the truths and myths associated with protein and supplements
