It seems the most asked question of vegans is "Where do you get your protein?". This class will give you the answers, demo, provide samples, and help you in your journey to transition to a vegan lifestyle. This class is a cooking demo, including samples and information about the basic sources of plant protein. Come enjoy an evening of learning and tasting.
Learn how to save money and easily make your own seitan (chorizo, sausage, chicken).
Sample a variety of plant-based protein sources and take home two servings for later. Learn about the commonly held myths about protein. Learn when a vegan needs to increase their intake of protein.
