Everybody Eats Farm is having a “Seed to Plate” Farm Dinner
Farmer Juliette and Bauman College of Holistic Nutrition and Culinary Arts are collaborating to bring you a savory seven course vegan “Seed to Plate” farm dinner. Come enjoy the tastes of artistic expression combined with what the farm has to offer for a one of a kind culinary experience. BYO beer, wine or desired beverage.
This dinner will feature an array of vegetables such as the Golden and ruby Red Beets, Red Russian Kale, Heirloom Tomatoes, Herbs, and much more. All prepared to entice your taste buds and bring forth the true characteristics of each vegetable personality. In addition, we will cross over and feature the amazing Bean and finish the evening with the carrot.
I will bring wine for our group. Tickets are $55 per person
so please paypal the $55 (plus processing fee for paypal) and I will write one check and mail our group payment to them before the event.

Lemon Basil and Sacred Basil Cooler
Summer Squash Tartine with Rosemary and a savory almond cheese spread
Chilled beet soup with Purslane salad, sorrel sauce and cashew cream
Purple Kale Salad with sun gold tomatoes, mint and golden raisins
Tuscan Flageolet Bean with fragrant herb scented oil and roasted garlic
Stuffed Summer Squash with medley of vegetables, seasonings and tofu ricotta
