The last Saturday of every month, we host the Vegan Brunch Club to inspire vegans and non-vegans alike to explore the incredibly delicious variety of flavors, textures and aromas of healthy plant-based whole food. No gmo’s and no pesticides or other yucky stuff.
This isn't a formal meetup, but feel free to grab a few friends and come together! You may also use the comment section at the bottom of this page to see if any other members are interested in joining you at a certain time.

Thanksgiving and Christmas were so difficult the first couple years I became a vegan. So this month's brunch club is inspired by my plans for Christmas dinner :-):
Jackfruit pot roast made with shredded jackfruit, carrots, potatoes, mushrooms and fresh savory herbs – gf
Whipped yams with maple and toasted pecans – gf
Cranberry almond rice pilaf – gf
Seasonal kale salad with apples, currants and walnuts – gf
Roasted brussel sprouts with fresh thyme and white wine – gf
Cranberry upside down cake or gluten-free raw walnut brownie with cashew cream
