I began to really feel a disconnect between body and mind. I began to question a lot about what I was doing in my daily interactions and the two things that were more prevalent was I had "stuff" I didn't need, and I was eating "stuff" without really knowing what it was or where it came from. I considered veganism many times before, but finally decided to not only be happy with myself, but with everything going on in this world I needed to just do it, the next day I was a vegan :-)
Outdoors activities, volunteering, and of course eating!
I am a fairly new Vegan, and have made a lot of recent lifestyle changes to benefit not only me but this wonderful world I live in! I am hoping to connect with more people who are also vegan or considering it!
