I had always had an interest and then I started to read some Vegan blogs and that is what made me decide I wanted to try it. As soon as I tried it I felt so good that I can't imagine going back.
Cooking classes, hiking, outdoor activities.

I am a fairly new vegan. I have thought about it for a long time but never moved forward. I finally decided to try for a month and it was almost instantly wonderful. I started feeling better, sleeping better and enjoying cooking! I love it!
