Fw: Exciting Update on Our Winter Drive!

There has been an exciting development in the fund raising efforts for my most favorite place, Peaceful Prairie Sanctuary (right here in our own backyard). If they can raise another $1,000, then loyal Peaceful Prairie Sanctuary friends will match that donation, making the total $10,000! How wonderful! Then they have reached 1/3 of their goal, which is huge! If everyone on this email, including all of the wonderful folks from Meetup.com, could just donate $20, we could surpass their total goal and make this the best winter EVER for these beautiful and deserving animals! Most of the Peaceful Prairie family has come from farmed animal neglect, abuse and unfathomable apathy. In fact, the newest member, Charlotte the long haired cow, literally escaped the slaughter truck, crashed through fencing, and wandered down the road to PPS, where the very next day she gave birth to her gorgeous daughter Beatrice. If that's not a will to survive I don't know what is! It's so important to look within yourselves and help this struggling sanctuary stay afloat this winter! Please donate now!

Great News! A $5,000 matching grant has been offered by two loyal PPS supporters.
But... We need YOUR help to win those funds!
Please Chip In now to help us meet the challenge by October 28th. Any amount you give will be doubled if donated by Oct 28. Help us honor this great opportunity to raise another $10,000 by the end of the month, which will bring us that much closer to the total goal of $30,000 needed to get us through the long winter ahead!

Please be sure to share this email, and/or the link to our ChipIn page, with everyone in your social networks too! The animals need your help Now.

Thank YOU!
Help Us Prepare for the Long Winter Ahead!
It's time for us to stock up on the long winter's hay supply for Justice, Bumper, Charlotte, her baby Beatrice -- so she can continue to get big and strong -- and all of their family and friends, including Sampson and his llama community, Oliver and his goat herd, Marley and his Sheep family.

Funds are needed to make improvements on all of their barns for the long winter ahead, to provide routine health care, and to be ready and available for emergency vet care.

Last, but certainly not least, we need your support for our innovative and easy to use vegan advocacy tools so that the billions of animals who are not fortunate enough to call PPS home, will not be forgotten and will be championed and defended.
Please Chip In as much as you can to help us reach our total goal of $30,000 by December. Because we are an all volunteer run sanctuary and organization, you can be assured that every dollar will go directly to the animals, their care, and their advocacy.
Bumper, and all of his furry, feathered and hoofed friends Thank You!
