Soft gels are made with gelatin, so they wouldn't be considered veg, unless there are veggie cap soft gels now.  I haven't seen any.

I get a liquid called Omega Zen DHA that I put in my breakfast smoothies.  They have gotten out the fishy taste and it's slightly citrus tasting.
