Have you posted on the Garbanzo FB wall? I did post a comment there yesterday. Besides here, letting them read these comments would be awesome for national exposure vs. just us locally. They need a "light bulb" alert moment for changes. Think HQ is Colorado still.
I think people need to be aware of where to eat, why, etc. I know self lunch/dinner is simple at Chipotle: black beans (hope there is nothing hidden there, tomatoes, lettuce, and "guac" in container to go vs. on top of my tomatoes). Sorry to shock them with the quantity of veggies I tell them to put on dish, and if not enough, I ask them for more please, but hey it should be cheaper than the meat and sour cream others have. I do love Native Foods

I third this! I am in Colorado Springs and there is even LESS option for us. I had to go to Boulder to get a whole wheat vegan waffle. Also, I was told by the GM of Native Foods in Boulder that Denver is next, unfortunately Colorado Springs was bumped waaay down as we were supposed to be next to get one. Any progress it good progress for vegan restaurants though :)
