This one is crazy good and easy!
I use -
Tinkyada Organic Brown Rice Elbow Mac
it calls for unsweetened soy milk, but I use Soy Dream Classic. It's sweetened with brown rice syrup so it's lightly sweet and tastes great in this recipe.
I use while wheat flour for the 1 Tbsp flour. It says the soymilk will thicken, but it really doesn't much until you add the Daiya and it starts to melt. So no need to add more flour.
