High on green plants especially 5 types of steamed kale.
Discuss how to get more protein in a vegan diet.
Cook most of my own meals. Lunch is my favorite. I grow my own Kale, Avocados, pears, apples and citrus. Cook only with olive oil. Need suggestions for good proteins.
Interesting but I'm not convinced that <<Milk>> or a good steak is bad (in moderation). Also Global warming has nothing to do with CO2. CO2 is good gas as it makes plants grow FASTER !
