I have been vegan since 2009. I live in Pilsen, so I am particularly interested in doing more things on the southside.

What is your favorite veggie or veg-friendly restaurant in Chicago or the burbs? If you don't have one, please list a favorite type of food you enjoy. Thai? Mexican? Astronaut Food? Diner style? Vegan Pizza? Healthy fare?

Soul Vegetarian on the southside, Karyn's Cooked on the northside.

Would you be interested in attending events in the suburbs?

Yes as long as it is within a few miles of the Ryan, Eisenhower or Stevenson. I have a car but avoid tolls!
