Welcome to the Vegas Wineaux Wine Club! This is a little different from regular wine clubs. We will have "regular" home tastings; blind, double-blind, and triple-blind tastings; breakfast/brunch tastings; excursions; winemaker dinners, and more! While our numbers have to be limited, we are looking for those who are serious about wine, even if you don't know anything about it!
What are the qualifications for becoming a member? Simple!
1. Want to learn about wine and wine etiquette.
2. Want to be able to meet with people with like interests in wine.
3. Interested and eager to host an occasional tasting at your home or venue of your choice (some examples of what club members have done in the past: one in the Clubhouse Room of her gated community and the other in the Community Room of her mobile home neighborhood).
Most of the members of the club are serious wine tasters/drinkers and are always interested in learning more about wine. Because most of our members are in relationships, married, or serious singles, the Vegas Wineaux Wine Club cannot be considered a "singles" venue or catering to singles' interests.
There is no charge for joining the Vegas Wineaux Wine Club, but there will be a charge of $20.00 (occasionally more) per meeting from time to time, depending upon the wines, the food, and any rental costs for special events. Our "you bring the wine and the food" tastings will be free to members, of course!
If you're serious about joining, you must tell us a little about yourself. A completely blank profile will more likely be turned down than accepted into the club. That's not because we're snobby (far from it!), but we want folks who are open to participating.
Be sure to check out what's going on in the world of Las Vegas wine at http://www.VegasWineaux.com. So join us! And have fun with wine!
