First of all, this is the joint hike with Skip's Happy Anniversary Birthday Narrows Hike.
We will hike together with their group to celebrate Skip's Birthday.

After we take a short brake at the end of Anniversary Narrows slot Canyon, our group separate from Skip's group. Their group turn back, but our group keep going another mile on the dry wash.
Then climb up to the Anniversary Narrows Peak. It is a short steep hill climb. We will climb about 800 ft in 0.8 mile. Don't worry, its way easier than Turtle Head Peak. Its all class 2 and couple of easy class 3 scramble part. No exposure.
After we take a little break at the Peak, we descend into Bowl of Fire. Another short steep down hill climb.
We walk through the Bowl of Fire and head back to the Trail head.

Its about 10 miles round trip and total of 1,400 ft elevation gain. We will hike moderate pace.
This is NOT a hard hike, but I limit only 15 hikers since we are encouraged to hike only in the bottom of the dry wash at some part. Some dry wash is very narrow and we have to hike in single file at there.
Because the side slopes are often covered with a microbiotic cryptogamic 'living soil', which is severely damaged just by walking on it. And Damage to this soil can lead to erosion.

Bring lots of water, food/snacks, cap/hat, sunglass, and gloves(to save your hand).
Trekking pole is helpful, especially at down hill climb.

(We are NOT meet at Albertoson's to avoid confusion of carpool setup with Skip's group)
