What is the most difficult hike you have ever done?

That's a really mind-opening question....some of the most challenging in Vegas, solo scramble up to Mt. Wilson from the steep East facing side. In New Mexico, quickly climbing 4K+ ft to Baldy Mtn (peak at over 8K) racing against the oncoming sunset.

How did you get started hiking, or what has gotten you back in to it?

Just my nature to explore. I found I had a lot of extra time after I graduated college.

Where is the most scenic place you've ever hiked or camped?

Zion National Park, UT.

Where would you most like the group to go on an outing?

Red Rock Canyon is a favorite in Vegas.

Why are you joining VegasHikers?

Would like meeting up with others on organized trips in the Las Vegas area.
