Tuesday Springtime DETOX COOKING CLASS series!

Ayurveda states that cleansing should always go hand-in-hand with nutrition and nourishment. In this 4-part hands-on series, we will learn how to enhance our spring detox with convenient, easy-to-make, delicious wholesome foods that also help strengthen our whole system. Come discover a whole load of new recipes that include such elements as: dark leafy greens; vegetable entrees that support the liver, kidneys and colon; spices that can help unblock our energy channels and chakras; tonifying soups; smoothies; chutneys; and Khichari, a centerpiece of Ayurvedic nutritional healing.

Topics for discussion will include:
Preparing the physical & vibrational channels for detox
What are toxins?
When detoxification can become re-toxification
Detox Routine-daily, weekly, monthly, annually
The 7 body tissues and what foods clean them
Home Detox Protocol-gradual, gentle and effective cleansing without side effects.
Divya and Co-Teacher OM will guide you in how to prepare your physical and vibrational channels for transitioning into spring and preparing your body for detox.
