This my new series of Ayurvedic vegetarian classes -- late spring/early summer preps.
In 4-part series you will learn the principles and methods of Ayurvedic cooking with seasonal recipes. Ayurveda is the ancient medical science of India, and from my 22 years of being a vegetarian, I found that Ayurvedic cooking is very scientific and at the same time easy and delicious -- one of the healthiest ways to eat!
Dates: Tuesdays -- May 3, 10, 17, 31 (no class on the 24th)
Fee: $150 for all four classes -- it includes all materials + 4 sumptuous meals (6-7 preps each).
