Come join us to discover new flavors and recipes for your daily meals to help you achieve those goals. This is not our regular potluck, but there will be many samples that can be tasted during the evening along with copies of recipes so you can make them at home.
There is no charge for this program that is open to the public. You do NOT need to be a vegetarian to participate, and do not have to become one. These are dishes that can be added on your plate as you eat your everyday meals.
Learn how to make this year all about you, your family, and delicious healthy eating!
