January Veggie Meetup

Join us for our 8th anniversary celebration at the original vegetarian restaurant in Orlando and site of our very first meetup!
Dinner will consist of a sampling of the following vegan dishes:
1. Kung Po Chicken
2. Eggplant with Basil
3. Pepper Steak
4. Rice Vermicelli Singapore
5. Roast Vegetarian Fish
6. Steamed Bean Curd with Ham & Broccoli
7. Sweet & Sour Ribs
8. Pork in Canton Style
The price is $12.00 (cash is preferred) per person and includes tea (does not include suggested $2.00 tip). We will collect the money as you arrive unless you must pay by credit card. We need to provide Garden Café with an accurate count of attendees, so please RSVP Yes by Wednesday, January 12 if you are attending. If you say you are going to be there and don't show up, we will still have to pay for your meal (and we don't want to do that).
In order to ensure being able to take advantage of this special deal, you should arrive at the restaurant by 4:00 p.m. (please call me at [masked] if you will be late). We ask that everyone take advantage of this special deal to simplify things for us and the restaurant (and because it's an amazing sampler!). If you must order separately, you will probably not be able to sit at one of our tables, which will be devoted to serving the dishes above sequentially to everyone.
The unusual time is to make sure that there is enough room for us (in past years we have had over 50 people in attendance!). Also for those interested in attending the Ringling demos at the Amway Arena that day, this time allows you to do so (go to the Animal Activists of Central Florida meetup for info on those).
