Never really ate much red meat my whole life, but for last few months only a little fish, maybe once a week. So I'm not strictly veg, but pretty darn close! No dairy or wheat, either!
I love vegetables! There's such an endless variety of combinations and with the right herbs and spices- a pinch of this and a dash of that- voila! You've got yourself a healthy, energy-giving gourmet meal!
Soup! You can throw an endless variety of vegetables into a large pot, and eat all week! Also love raw zucchini.
Not vegan yet, but moving in that direction! Rarely eat brown organic eggs, good cheese (sometimes very small pieces cut up into one of my soup concoctions, to give it a little zip!). No milk or yogurt.
Still eat a little fish, but mostly vegetarian, bordering on vegan. Looking forward to Sunday! Have never been there before.
