I think a little over 10 years, I lost track.
I adore all animals! I Believe a whole grain plant based diet is the healthiest way to eat.
I could eat raw fruit everyday all day, especially blueberries, strawberries and peaches.
I'm a vegan at home when I cook for me and my husband. Vegetarian when our families are cooking for us.
