Thank you so much for the information! I'm definitely enjoying rice-cheese alternative, which I found @ Whole Foods. I forgot to read the back of the package so not sure if it contains casein. I will definitely have to be more diligent. My husband is an avid meat-eater, so this is going to be an on-going challenge for me. Fortunately, I don't see a difference between an innocent chicken and my pet dog, so the decision to not eat meat isn't hard. It's the no dairy/eggs I'm struggling with!

Well GREAT! I was actually hoping it was me messing it up rather than having nobody showing up because people where too busy to care for the shelter animals!!! Phew!
I haven't used this website in a while so I'm hoping I can get the right information either here or via email.
I'm a busy mama but always eager to do what I can for animals.
