I am one of the founders of Vegetarians of Central Florida and organizer of this meetup.

How long have you been veg?

I've been vegan for 30 years.

Why are you vegetarian?

For health, animal rights, human rights, environmental, and aesthetic reasons. Any one would be sufficient; all together are overwhelming.

What's your favorite veg food?

Watermelon, cashews.

Are you vegetarian or vegan?

Vegan. I eat raw primarily (nearly 100% at home).
