Excited to be here & happy to meet you. :) Getting back to my roots (returned veg over a year ago ) while putting down new ones (going green & organic). Love to meet like-minded individuals to share ideas, adventures & recipes with.
How long have you been veg?
Was once veg for 5 years but fell away from myself for a while. I'm currently experiencing a personal renaissance on many levels. I've gone back to vegetarianism for over a year now...this time for life.
Why are you vegetarian?
My ethical and moral compass has shown me the path. Plus, I am enamored with veggies & am wrapped up in a steamy love affair with tofu.
What's your favorite veg food?
I am a foodie; I really can't decide, I love it all. Don't have a fav food, more like flavor profiles/combinations. (like cilantro/chili/lime found in Thai and Mexican)
Are you vegetarian or vegan?
Currently vegetarian...working on veganism about 90% there. Proud to be on the journey, inspired to continue walking the right path.
