Primarily health reasons, but I am also seriously concerned with the treatment of animals (and the resulting lack of quality and high levels of toxicity and contamination in our food supply).
Brussels sprouts and anything curry
Vegetarian and dairy-free. I default to vegan, but will eat some local farm-fresh eggs and raw organic cheese from time to time.
I'm a vegan/vegetarian (depending on what my body is telling me/asking for) and love connecting with like-minded people.
